A grader is heavy equipment with a long blade used to create a flat surface during grading 1. It is used for road construction, road maintenance, spreading, fine grading, earthmoving, clearing bushland and debris, and removing snow. After this grader operator training course, you will be capable of operating graders and understanding their functions. In our grader training course, you will learn the starting, shutting down, and operating procedures of graders.

Grader Operator Training Requirements
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are compulsory grader training requirements for safety purposes. Learners joining the grader operator course will prove competence in communication and mathematical literacy at NQF Level 1. National ID/passport is required and at least code 10 driver’s license. Your CV is necessary for job assistance. It will be presented to potential employers and recruitment agencies after your grader operator course. An old copy of the grader license and certificate of competence is required for the grader license renewal or refresher course.
